XCUTIVES INC. is seeking an experienced Oracle Pre-Sales Lead to drive transformation and managed services opportunities across the US market.

You will lead solution strategy, engage with clients, develop proposals, and deliver executive presentations, partnering with sales, alliances, and delivery teams to win strategic Oracle opportunities. The role requires deep Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud expertise across ERP/SCM, Manufacturing, and EPM, with a proven track record in pursuit leadership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Oracle consulting experience.
• 10+ years in solution architecture, pre-sales, or pursuit leadership.
• Expertise in Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud in SCM, Manufacturing, and EPM.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with proposal development and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle pre-sales activities including discovery workshops and proposal development.
• Define solution strategy for Oracle EBS and Cloud transformations.
• Deliver executive presentations and value-based business cases.
• Collaborate with sales, alliance, and delivery teams to win opportunities.
• Travel across the US as needed.
