Responsibilities

• Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, and build phases.
• Document business requirements, system design, and transformational goals.
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
• Create training materials and user guides to support adoption.
• Conduct training sessions for end users prior to deployment.
• Provide post-production support.
• Collaborate with teams to map current to future state processes.
