A direct client is seeking an experienced Oracle Techno-Functional SCM SME to lead the optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, focusing on Inventory Costing and Quality Management. This role is essential for driving post-implementation success and supporting long-term modernization across supply chain and manufacturing operations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and optimize Oracle SCM modules: Inventory, Cost Management, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Quality Management
• Configure and support Inventory Costing (standard costing, valuation)
• Enhance Oracle Quality Management for inspections, compliance, and quality KPIs
• Collaborate with AMS providers to resolve issues and improve performance
• Integrate SCM with ERP modules like Financials and Procurement
• Develop real-time training content with Oracle Guided Learning
• Mentor team members and support digital transformation efforts using analytics and OEE metrics

What You Bring

• Over 8 years of Oracle ERP experience, specifically with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM
• Deep expertise in Inventory Costing and Oracle Quality Management
• Strong background in manufacturing environments
• Experience supporting AMS and collaborating with vendors
• Ability to design intuitive, analytics-driven user experiences
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, IT, or a related field (Oracle certifications preferred)

Bonus points if you have experience in CPG, exposure to MES or ERP migrations, or have used Oracle’s AI/ML tools for predictive analytics.
