Work You’ll Do

As a Diamond-level member of the Oracle Partner Network, Deloitte seeks thought leaders to help shape our clients' futures and develop our Oracle service line. Our Oracle Cloud Senior Consultants reduce costs and support innovation by managing business requirements and leading functional design, prototyping, and process design during Oracle Cloud implementations. Responsibilities include:

• Client Management: Managing daily interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
• Delivery: Managing and delivering components of client engagements, including requirements gathering, design, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures.
• Business Development: Developing relationships with top decision-makers, leading pursuit teams, and contributing to proposal development and pricing strategies.
• People Development: Acting as a counselor and coach, participating in staffing, recruitment, and retention activities, and supporting delivery teams.

Qualifications

Required:

• Functional implementation experience with 2+ complex, full lifecycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.
• 6+ years of experience in Oracle SCM modules like Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, and others.
• Experience defining system strategies, gathering requirements, leading fit-gap analyses, process design, configuration, testing, and training.
• Ability to travel approximately 50%, depending on work and client needs.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred:

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills, including presentation skills using MS Visio and PowerPoint.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with mature judgment.
• Advanced degree in relevant field.
• Experience leading Oracle application work streams.

The salary range for this role is estimated between $113,325 and $188,875, depending on skills, experience, and other factors. Compensation is typically not at the top of the range upon hiring and depends on individual circumstances. You may also be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive based on performance.
