Work You’ll Do

As aDiamond-level member of the Oracle Partner Network, Deloitte needs thoughtleaders like yourself to help pave the way for our clients and Oracle serviceline development. For our clients, our Oracle Cloud Senior Consultants reducecost and support innovation at the enterprise level by managing businessrequirements and leading the functional design, prototyping and process designstages of Oracle Cloud implementations. Responsibilities will include:

• ClientManagement: Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
• Delivery:Manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design,and implement technology and creative business solutions for largecompanies. Responsibilities include, among others, managing teams in theidentification of business requirements, functional design, process design(including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training,defining support procedures.
• BusinessDevelopment: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at keyclients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects ofthe proposal development process; contribute to the development ofproposal pricing strategies.
• PeopleDevelopment: Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input andguidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staffrecruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support fordelivery teams and staff in local offices.

Qualifications

Required:

• Functionalimplementationexperiencewith 2+ complex, full lifecycle Oracle CloudSCMimplementations.
• 6+ years’ experience implementing acombination of OracleSCM - Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Record-to-Report (RTR), Plan-to-Deliver(PTD), Inventory, Purchasing, Shipping, Global Order Promising (GOP),Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Advanced Pricing, iSupplier,iProcurement, Costing or Configurator
• Demonstratedexperience assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering anddocumenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functionalconfiguration, testing, client user training.
• Ability totravel 50% on average, based on the work you do and theclientsandindustries/sectorsyou serve.
• Limitedimmigration sponsorship may be available.
• A Bachelor'sdegree

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
