Qualifications

• We're partnering with a growing Oracle Partner delivering Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle CX projects worldwide.
• With a strong client base across product and service based organisations, they've built a reputation for delivering complex transformation projects.
• They're also investing heavily in AI driven delivery, helping customers unlock more value from their technology.

Role Overview:

• Act as the key bridge between Sales and customers, helping organisations solve complex business challenges.
• Understand business goals and shape solutions across Finance, Procurement and Operations.
• Lead discovery, solution design, demos and proposals, showcasing the value of the platform and driving deals forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own solution strategy across Oracle Fusion Cloud, with core expertise in Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain Planning and Project Portfolio Management.
• Support wider opportunities involving HCM, EPM and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Build and maintain tailored demo environments, keeping pace with new releases and functionality.
• Present solutions to business and technical stakeholders, linking platform capabilities to real business outcomes.
• Run discovery workshops and value assessments to uncover business drivers, then develop solution roadmaps that position Oracle Cloud as the right long term platform for each customer.
• Lead RFP and RFI responses, working closely with technical, delivery and commercial teams to shape scoping, pricing and proposal development.
• Partner with Sales, Delivery and Product teams to ensure a smooth handover from sale to implementation.
• Help customers build a business case by demonstrating ROI, TCO and long term value.

What You Bring:

• Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud in Presales, Solution Architecture or Implementation Consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Financials, Procurement and Supply Chain Planning.
• Exposure to HCM, EPM or integration tools is a plus.
• Ability to communicate ROI, TCO and business value clearly to senior decision makers.
• Strong presentation skills and experience engaging CFOs, COOs and executive teams.
• Experience supporting multi module Oracle programmes, not just a single service line.
• Strong discovery and consulting skills, with the ability to uncover pain points and business objectives quickly.
• Strong commercial awareness and a clear understanding of how technology investments drive business outcomes.
