Appscloudino seeks an experienced Oracle Solution Architect to lead design, integration, and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions across Finance, SCM, HCM, and EPM. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle solution design, including Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, SCM, HCM, or EPM.
• 10+ years of overall IT project implementations.
• Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud architecture, OIC, OCI, ATP, Object Storage, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of multi-pillar Oracle Cloud integrations and enterprise security frameworks.
• Experience leading end-to-end implementations from design through deployment.
• Ability to translate business needs into technically sound, scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Solution Architect to lead the design, integration, and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions across multiple domains such as Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, and EPM. The ideal candidate will combine deep functional knowledge, strong technical expertise in Oracle PaaS, and strategic vision to architect scalable, secure, and future‑ready enterprise solutions. This role requires hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end solution design, cross‑pillar architecture, and AI‑enabled transformation, ensuring business objectives align seamlessly with Oracle Cloud capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and oversee solution architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations across Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, and EPM modules.
• Conduct fit‑gap analyses, develop solution blueprints, and design end‑to‑end integrations across Oracle and third‑party systems.
• Architect and optimize solutions leveraging Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder Studio (VBS), and Oracle PaaS services.
• Design data migration, security, and reporting strategies (BI Publisher, OTBI, and OAC).
• Collaborate with implementation, security, and development teams to ensure solution alignment with architecture standards and performance expectations.
• Integrate Oracle AI Agents, Generative AI (GenAI), Agentic AI and automation tools to deliver intelligent, insight‑driven business outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor project teams, and conduct design reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Engage with business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into scalable, actionable Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Support quarterly Oracle release evaluations, assess impact, and recommend system enhancements.
• Prepare architecture documentation, integration maps, and implementation roadmaps.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle solution design, including Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, SCM, HCM, or EPM.
• 10+ years of overall experience in IT projects implementation.
• Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud architecture, OIC, OCI, ATP, Object Storage, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of multi‑pillar Oracle Cloud integrations and enterprise security frameworks.
• Experience leading end‑to‑end implementations, from design and configuration through deployment and post‑go‑live hyper care.
• Ability to translate business needs into technically sound, scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing and guiding technical teams in solution delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
• Oracle Cloud Solution Architect / Functional Certifications (ERP, HCM, or SCM).
• Experience with AI-driven Oracle Cloud extensions, Redwood UX, and Oracle AI Agents.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, OBIEE, or OAC integration is a plus.
