Job summary

Infosys is seeking a senior project leader to drive complex Oracle ERP initiatives, including cloud adoption, integrations, and governance across global teams. You will partner with executives to shape scope, manage budgets, and ensure delivery excellence.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with objectives.

• Evaluate and refine project management processes by incorporating best practices for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
• Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies to enhance project outcomes and mitigate organizational risks.
• Monitor project margins and ensure alignment between actual performance and financial targets.
• Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions to finalize commercial estimates and drive go-to-market strategies.
• Engage in resource allocation and set performance objectives to align team efforts with project goals.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps to ensure smooth adoption of project-driven transformations.

Key Skills

• Hands‑on experience in Oracle Subscription Management Cloud, Oracle Field Service Cloud, Fusion Sales Cloud, CPQ Cloud
• Implementation experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle cloud
• Experience with at least 2 or 3 full life‑cycle implementations in Oracle CX modules (Subscription Management Cloud, Field Service Cloud, Fusion Sales Cloud, CPQ Cloud)
• Led at least two full‑cycle Oracle cloud implementations as a finance lead/architect
• Understanding of Oracle project methodology (OUM) and agile and testing strategies such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT and UAT)
• Experience in executing implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements and analysis, preparing functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with legacy ERP to Cloud migration or hybrid multi‑ERP environments
• Exposure to CX transformation programs
• Familiarity with SOX compliance, audit controls, and governance frameworks
