Maini Consulting in Atlanta seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Pre-sales and Solutions Manager to lead cloud solutioning and presales initiatives for client-facing engagements. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud SCM (Supply Chain Management) solution architecture, implementation, and/or presales roles.
• Proven experience leading large-scale SCM presales engagements and delivering successful business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead presales engagements across Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules including Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, SCP, and WMS.
• Deliver product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and executive-level presentations tailored to prospect needs.
• Design end-to-end supply chain solutions using Oracle Cloud SCM aligned to client business processes and transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with CSCOs, COOs, VPs of Supply Chain, and procurement leadership to understand strategic objectives and translate goals into cloud-enabled SCM solutions.
• Oversee solution handoffs from sales to delivery to ensure continuity and customer satisfaction.
• Lead discovery workshops, road mapping sessions, and value assessments to position Oracle Cloud SCM as the platform of choice.
• Stay current with Oracle product innovations, including Redwood UI, Oracle AI, and supply chain automation features.

Maini Consulting is seeking an experienced and visionary Oracle Cloud SCM Pre-sales and Solutions Manager to lead supply chain cloud solutioning and presales initiatives. This client-facing leadership role requires a blend of deep functional and technical SCM expertise, strategic thinking, and strong relationship-building skills.

You will play a pivotal role in defining, shaping, and delivering winning Oracle Cloud SCM solutions aligned with client business goals. As a key member of our SCM leadership team, you'll collaborate with sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure that client supply chain and operational needs are fully understood and addressed through scalable and innovative Oracle Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead presales engagements across Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules including Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, and Warehouse Management.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and executive-level presentations tailored to prospect needs.
• Design end-to-end supply chain solutions using Oracle Cloud SCM aligned to client business processes and transformation initiatives.
• Ensure solutions incorporate best practices, regulatory compliance standards, and scalable architecture.

Client Engagement

• Collaborate with Chief Supply Chain Officers (CSCOs), Chief Operating Officers (COOs), VPs of Supply Chain, and procurement leadership to understand strategic objectives and challenges.
• Translate complex operational and logistics goals into cloud-enabled SCM solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Work closely with internal sales, delivery, offshore development teams, and Oracle solution consultants to drive alignment and win strategies.
• Facilitate solution handoffs from sales to delivery to maintain continuity and customer satisfaction.

Thought Leadership

• Lead discovery workshops, road mapping sessions, and value assessments to position Oracle Cloud SCM as the platform of choice.
• Stay current with Oracle product innovations, including Redwood UI, Oracle AI, and supply chain automation features.

Proposal & RFP Management

• Own the SCM solution strategy in response to RFPs, RFIs, and proposal documents.
• Develop win themes and ensure SCM solution components clearly demonstrate business value and competitive differentiation.

Quality Assurance & Oversight

• Oversee early-phase delivery engagements to ensure fidelity between proposed solutions and implemented designs.
• Provide advisory support to project teams and act as an executive sponsor on key accounts when needed.

Qualifications

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud SCM (Supply Chain Management) solution architecture, implementation, and/or presales roles.
• Proven experience leading large-scale SCM presales engagements and delivering successful business outcomes.

SCM Expertise

• Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM modules, including:
• Inventory Management and Costing
• Procurement and Self-Service Procurement
• Order Management (OM)
• Manufacturing and Production
• Supply Chain Planning (SCP)
• Warehouse Management Cloud (WMS)
• Strong understanding of supply chain data models, reporting, and integration strategies with third-party and legacy systems.

Strategic & Business Acumen

• Skilled in articulating ROI and TCO for Oracle Cloud SCM transformations.
• Ability to engage business and IT stakeholders in value-driven conversations around manufacturing, logistics, and operational transformation.

Leadership

• Experience leading cross-functional, global teams in complex sales and solutioning environments.
• Strong customer focus and executive presence.

Communication

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex supply chain concepts to both business and technical audiences.

Preferred

• Oracle Cloud SCM certifications.
• Experience in multi-pillar Oracle Cloud deals (e.g., SCM + ERP or SCM + EPM).
• Familiarity with industry-specific supply chain needs (e.g., manufacturing, high-tech, consumer goods, life sciences, healthcare).
