Job summary

R2 Global is seeking an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration and testing on cloud HCM projects. You will partner with business stakeholders, technical teams and integrators to deliver end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.

The role requires hands-on Core HR, benefits and absence work, plus strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.

• Hands on in 2+ full Oracle HCM implementation cycles.

Exciting opportunity for an Oracle HCM professional looking to work on high-impact Cloud HCM projects with a growing consulting team.

My client are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to play a key role in delivering and enhancing Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and integration partners, giving you strong exposure across both the functional and technical sides of Oracle HCM.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and testing.
• Partner directly with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective HCM solutions.
• Support Core HR, benefits and absence
• Configure Career Sites, Journeys, job applications, candidate flows and recruiting processes.
• Define reporting and integration requirements and work alongside technical teams to deliver them.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and drive solutions through to resolution.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors on integrations and connected applications.
