• 3+ years in managed services, application support, or ERP operations.
• Experience leading client-facing workstreams or cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle ERP workstreams across transition, stabilization, and enhancements.
• Coordinate day-to-day support for Oracle ERP and connected apps.
• Manage client relationships and communicate status, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Execute delivery governance: status, KPIs, SLAs, action tracking, risk, escalation, quality.
• Support staffing, financial tracking, scheduling, prioritization, and automation opportunities.
• Support proposals, operating model design, and mentor team members.
