Sonsoft, Inc. is seeking a technofunctional consultant with deep RightNow expertise to lead CRM/CX engagements. You will drive design, customizations, and integrations, interfacing with customers and Oracle teams to deliver effective solutions.

Strong leadership, client handling, and multi-project delivery are essential for success. The role emphasizes gathering requirements, documenting technical/functional specs, and mentoring junior staff while exploring new Service Cloud features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• 11+ years in IT with strong RightNow experience and CRM domain knowledge.
• Experience delivering complex UI customizations and high-volume data migrations.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, document solutions, and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional/technical leadership to RightNow engagements.
• Deliver customizations and integrations in RightNow.
• Interface with customers and Oracle peers to reach optimal solutions.
• Gather technical requirements within the CRM-CX service domain.
• Advise on solutions and ensure successful adoption by customers.
• Mentor junior team members and guide delivery per best practices.
• Identify new areas/feature opportunities in Service Cloud.

Job Description

Preferred

• 5+ years in RightNow (including the latest release)
• 2+ years in PHP, HTML, CSS, Shell Scripting
• 4+ years in Integration (Batch, Real-time – SOAP, XML, Web Services, etc.)
• Add-In Development using RightNow Desktop Add-in framework
• Widget design
• Ability to configure the Oracle RightNow application
• Able to write and execute ROQL queries
• CRUD operations using Connect web services
• Should have worked on integration between different systems – CTI, Portal integration, SMS
• Should have strong functional skills
• Knowledge of Oracle Policy Automation/Oracle Knowledge/Social Relationship Management and Oracle Field Service Cloud would be an advantage
• Excellent Client handling skills
• Should have handled at least 3-4 projects involving complex UI customization, Complex integrations and High Volume Data Migration
• Strong CRM Domain Knowledge, with special focus on Service Domain
• Experience and expertise in Cloud Implementation
• Experience and expertise in driving requirements gathering, conducting workshop, Functional/ Technical documentation
• Language interfaces/ deployment in multi country setups

Responsibilities

• Very strong technofunctional consultant who can Provide Functional/ Technical Leadership to RightNow Engagements
• Provide solutions for customizations/integrations in RightNow
• Interact directly with customers and peers across Oracle in arriving at optimum solution
• Gather technical requirements within service domain of CRM-CX
• Provide good technical and business advice to the customer at all times with respect to the final solution and its successful adoption
• Guide junior team-member in delivery of their customizations and ensure the solution approach is as per the best practices
• Picking new areas/product feature/technology that is applicable in Service Cloud

Qualifications

Qualification Basic

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 11 years of experience with IT.
