Job summary

A growing IT consultancy firm is seeking candidates for a full-time position requiring experience in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM). Ideal applicants will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 4 years working with IT or Oracle. Responsibilities include data migration and integration, payroll interface development, and consulting. U.S. citizens and authorized workers are encouraged to apply; sponsorship is unavailable. Visa status must be mentioned in applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with IT / Oracle.

• Exposure to functional areas like Core HR, Absence Mgmt and Benefits
• Data Migration & Integration - HCM Extracts, HDL
• Developing Payroll Interface, OTBI Reporting & Fast Formulas
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture
• Previous experience of implementing Oracle HCM Cloud in R8/R9/R10 (1-2 years)
• Strong Analytical and Communication skills
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel

Preferred:-

• At least 2 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• At least 2 years of experience in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) / Cloud Modules implementation / integration
• At least 2 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
