Job summary

Infosys Oracle Unit in the United States is seeking a seasoned Package Project Lead 2 to steer complex ERP projects from scope through delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client expectations, and lead initiatives to adopt new delivery methodologies.

Ideal candidates bring deep Oracle Retail Cloud experience, MFCS architecture know-how, and a track record of guiding multi-vendor teams through design, build, test, and cutover activities. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while building and maintaining relationships with client representatives.
• Evaluate project deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools that enhance project execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively while working with QA to embed quality planning into workflows.
• Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget, and optimize resource allocation.
• Support preparation of technical and commercial proposals aligned with client needs.
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development.
