Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM expert to provide freelance support for Oracle Recruiting and Onboarding. This is not a traditional full-time role, but a flexible specialist engagement for an international client.

The consultant will troubleshoot, configure workflows, implement small enhancements, and assist with releases and testing, while communicating in English and aligning with Core HR integrations.

Qualifications

Several years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
Hands-on Oracle Recruiting expertise.
Experience with Oracle Onboarding.
Experience with bug fixing and feature enhancements.
Knowledge of Core HR integration.
Experience with releases and testing.
Very good English skills.

Responsibilities

Support for Oracle Recruiting and Onboarding.
Analyze issues in recruiting and onboarding processes.
Configure and optimize existing workflows.
Implement smaller enhancements and new features.
Support candidate and hiring processes.
Perform root cause analysis.
Assist with Oracle releases and testing.
