The role focuses on facilitating workshops, guiding R2R transformations, and leading small project teams to deploy Oracle Record to Report solutions within integrated environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financial Management (incl. General Ledger and Financial Accounting Hub).
• 5+ years of experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation project.
• 5+ years of experience of end-to-end Record to Report business processes.
• 1 full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud FIN implementations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience).
• Minimum of 1 Oracle Cloud certification.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate design workshops with business stakeholders to understand Record to Report (R2R) requirements.
• Help clients understand leading R2R business processes so they can transform with Oracle.
• Spot strategies, risks, and options, and recommend approaches to meet needs.
• Provide design options using prototypes.
• Lead a project team to design, set-up, test, and deploy Oracle R2R solutions.
