Oracle in the United States seeks a TE11 Executive Lead for the Oracle Practice Advisory & Strategy to shape global strategy, drive large-scale digital transformations using Oracle Cloud (Fusion ERP/HCM/SCM, EPM, OCI), and lead multi-disciplinary advisory, architecture and delivery teams.

You will own direct P&L accountability, serve as a C-suite trusted advisor to Fortune 500 clients, and lead business development, GTM and solution innovations across regions.

Qualifications

• 18–22+ years in IT advisory/consulting with 8+ years in executive practice management or business unit P&L ownership.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology and an MBA or equivalent executive leadership credential.
• Proven track record across Oracle Cloud Applications (Fusion Financials, SCM, HCM, EPM) and OCI infrastructure.
• Proven history of driving $20M+ annually in consulting revenue and managing complex regional/global delivery teams.
