Qualifications

Proven track record in Oracle Cloud (Fusion ERP/HCM/SCM) and OCI.

Responsibilities

Define strategic roadmap, revenue targets, and margin growth for the Oracle Advisory practice.
Lead pre-sales, proposals, and complex Oracle Cloud transformation deals with GTM initiatives.
Act as lead advisor to CXOs, guiding TOM design, legacy modernization, and process re-engineering.
Coach and build high-performing directors and solution architects inside the practice.
