Job summary

Hitachi Digital Services seeks an Oracle Americas Practice Leader to drive strategy, growth, and profitability for our Oracle business across North and South America. You will own regional performance, lead complex transformation programs, and build executive relationships to win new logos while coordinating with sales, consulting, and delivery teams.

You will guide offerings spanning ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, Data, AI, PaaS, and OCI and will ensure delivery excellence with partners and clients across

Qualifications

• 15+ years of consulting, technology, and business leadership experience, including Oracle practice leadership.
• Proven ownership of P&L, revenue, margin, utilization, profitability, and overall business performance.
• Extensive Oracle ERP Cloud expertise with strong knowledge of EPM, SCM, HCM, Analytics, AI, PaaS, and OCI.
• Demonstrated success growing Oracle revenue, pipeline, market presence, and client relationships.
• Experience leading complex Oracle Cloud transformation programs across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, growth, profitability, and market positioning of the Oracle Americas business.
• Oversee delivery excellence, and regional performance including revenue, margin, and utilization.
• Build and lead geographically distributed Oracle teams across consulting, architecture, sales, and delivery.
• Develop executive relationships with CIOs, CFOs, COOs, and Oracle leadership to win new-logo opportunities.
