Job summary

AlphaGov is seeking an Oracle / PeopleSoft ERP Consultant for remote, project-based work with public agencies. There is no guaranteed assignment.

You will support Oracle Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, or PeopleSoft pursuits, contribute to finance, HCM, payroll, procurement, or grants modules, and help with testing and cutover tasks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Oracle Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, or PeopleSoft delivery as a functional lead or senior consultant.
• Depth in finance, HCM, payroll, procurement, or grants.
• Experience with testing, conversion, and cutover.
• Able to name the product and version you delivered.
• Comfortable as a 1099 project-based collaborator, with occasional client travel.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle or PeopleSoft ERP pursuits and, when awarded, the related functional workstreams.
• Cover finance, HCM, payroll, procurement, or grants modules you have actually delivered.
• Plan configuration, testing, conversion, and cutover from the legacy system the agency is leaving.
• Document interfaces to other agency systems and the data the agency must clean first.
• Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to proposals only when naming is authorized.
• Support agency user testing and go-live readiness.
• Call out module or version limits before a proposal treats them as in scope.

• Public-sector Oracle or PeopleSoft work for a city, county, state, school system, or university
• Experience migrating PeopleSoft to Oracle Cloud
