Job summary

AlphaGov (Casa Moon LLC d/b/a AlphaGov) seeks a Public Sector Program Manager for remote, project-based engagements on agency studies, implementations, and related consulting work. There is no guaranteed assignment.

You will plan and run defined workstreams from kickoff through delivery, keeping scope, schedules, reviewers, and work products aligned while translating interviews into agency-ready drafts and tracking decisions with evidence. Occasional client travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a public-sector study, system implementation, or multi-workstream consulting engagement through delivery.
• Strong record of written deliverables an agency actually received, not only meeting facilitation.
• Ability to coordinate subject‑matter specialists and agency staff.
• Ability to describe the agency, your role, and the outcome of at least two engagements.
• Comfortable as a 1099 project-based collaborator, with occasional client travel.

AlphaGov (Casa Moon LLC d/b/a AlphaGov) delivers public-sector consulting for cities, counties, school systems, special districts, utilities, and related agencies. Our work spans classification and compensation, organizational and operational studies, research and program evaluation, economic and workforce analysis, surveys and community research, and applied data and infrastructure research. We engage experienced practitioners as project-based collaborators. Engagements are remote-first with occasional client travel. When you authorize it, AlphaGov may name you as an expert collaborator or key personnel on proposals that match your expertise. We build ready teams for live pursuits — not speculative staffing banks. This opportunity is contingent upon contract award and final staffing approval. Permission will be requested before including a candidate's name or resume in a proposal.
