Job summary

AlphaGov (Casa Moon LLC d/b/a AlphaGov) seeks an Oracle/PeopleSoft ERP consultant for remote, project-based work with public agencies. There is no guaranteed assignment.

You will support Oracle or PeopleSoft pursuits, focus on finance/HCM/payroll/procurement/grants, and lead configuration, testing, and cutover activities with client collaboration and readiness for go-live.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Oracle Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, or PeopleSoft delivery as a functional lead or senior consultant.
• Depth in at least one of finance, HCM, payroll, procurement, or grants.
• Experience with testing, conversion, and cutover.
• Able to name the product and version you delivered, not a generic ERP claim.
• Comfortable as a 1099 project-based collaborator, with occasional client travel.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle or PeopleSoft ERP pursuits and, when awarded, the related functional workstreams.
• Cover finance, HCM, payroll, procurement, or grants modules you have actually delivered.
• Plan configuration, testing, conversion, and cutover from the legacy system the agency is leaving.
• Document interfaces to other agency systems and the data the agency must clean first.
• Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to proposals only when naming is authorized.
• Support agency user testing and go-live readiness.
• Call out module or version limits before a proposal treats them as in scope.

Our work spans classification and compensation, organizational and operational studies, research and program evaluation, economic and workforce analysis, surveys and community research, and applied data and infrastructure research.
