Job summary

EY seeks an experienced Functional Architect to manage Oracle MDM engagements, translating client requirements into effective MDM/Oracle Utilities solutions. You will mentor teams, participate in sales and practice development, and help EY build an inclusive, high-performing culture.

You will interact with executives and deliver working solutions across C2M/CCS product sets, balancing business goals with technical feasibility while driving project success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Extensive experience with Oracle Utilities (MDM) implementations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to work with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead orchestration of Oracle MDM solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Document and scope business needs, plan priorities with customers.
• Design, configure and validate application software and interfaces.
• Manage design workshops and risk-aware project execution.
• Coordinate data conversion strategies and RICE object development.
• Triage defects and manage testing phases.
• Provide knowledge transfer and coaching to client teams.
