Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle MDM Functional Architect to lead Oracle Utilities MDM engagements (C2M/CCS). You will translate client requirements into working solutions, mentor teams, and help EY build an inclusive, high-performing culture.

Responsibilities include leading design workshops, managing scope, and coordinating with executive stakeholders across client organizations. Travel up to 75% may be required; strong communication and change-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Oracle Utilities experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in Oracle Utilities implementations; 10+ preferred.
• Strong communication, facilitation and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Oracle MDM engagements for C2M/CCS product sets.
• Document business requirements, design workshops, and technical specs.
• Coordinate with executives and client teams; manage scope and risks.
• Mentor project teams and drive practice development with EY.
