Job summary

EY is hiring a Functional Architect to lead Oracle MDM engagements, translating client requirements into working MDM solutions within the Oracle Utilities C2M/CCS product sets. The role involves executive interactions, sales support, and practice development to build a high-performing, inclusive EY team.

You will mentor teams, drive design workshops, and ensure delivery of quality solutions across MAY and project cycles, fostering growth and client success in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and strong understanding of Meter Data Management (MDM) functions.
• Proven track record of 5–10+ years with Oracle Utilities implementations.
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework and product implementations.
• Ability to work across clients and EY teams with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead orchestration of Oracle MDM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Document and analyze business needs, plan workshops, and manage design sessions.
• Define functional designs for RICE objects and interfaces, conversions, and enhancements.
• Coordinate with customers and EY teams to manage scope, risks and issues.
• Mentor and coach team members on delivering client engagements.
