Job summary

EY is seeking a Functional Architect to lead Oracle MDM engagements (C2M/CCS) across EY client projects in the US. You will translate client requirements into working MDM solutions, mentor teams, and drive design workshops with Power & Utilities clients.

You will collaborate at executive levels, guide practice development, and contribute to building an inclusive, high-performing EY culture through mentoring and coaching of team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Deep understanding of Meter Data Management functions.
• 5–10+ years of Oracle Utilities implementations.
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework.
• Proven Oracle Utilities product implementation knowledge.
• Proven ability to work with customers across departments and levels.
• Strong business change management and communication skills.
• Proficient IT knowledge and consulting practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead orchestration of Oracle MDM Oracle Utility solutions to meet business requirements.
• Identify and document business needs; align with client directions.
• Plan and run fact-finding and analysis sessions.
• Design and configure application software; review capabilities and define specifications.
• Lead design workshops; manage functional scope and risk.
• Coordinate interfaces, data conversion, and RICE objects development.
• Support testing, defect resolution, and issue triage during project.
• Create interface architecture direction and strategy documentation.
