Job summary

EY is seeking a Functional Architect to lead Oracle MDM engagements, translating client requirements into working MDM solutions within the Oracle Utilities C2M/CCS product set. You will mentor teams, shape practice development, and help EY maintain an inclusive, high-performing culture.

You’ll interact with executives and drive design workshops, manage risks, and deliver high-quality configurations across functional, interfaces, and data-conversion domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Deep understanding of Meter Data Management functions and Oracle Utilities.
• 5–10+ years of Oracle Utilities implementations or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to work with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and change-management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead orchestration of Oracle MDM software solutions to meet client business needs.
• Document and analyze business requirements and translate them into design artifacts.
• Plan, facilitate, and manage discovery and design workshops with clients.
• Configure base system and develop RICE objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements).
• Manage functional scope to mitigate business and technical risks for EY and clients.
• Lead interface and data-conversion strategies and ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with client teams and EY stakeholders across multiple departments.
