Job summary

EY seeks a Functional Architect to lead Oracle MDM engagements for utilities clients, translating requirements into functional MDM solutions. You will interact with senior stakeholders and mentor project teams across EY and customer organizations.

You will design, configure, and validate RICE objects, manage risk, and drive successful rollouts while traveling up to 75% as needed. EY offers a hybrid model and a strong rewards package to support your development.

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of the Meter Data Management functions
• Proven track record of 5–10+ years of Oracle Utilities implementations
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework
• Proven Oracle Utilities product implementation knowledge
• Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively with customers, across different departments and levels within the company
• Proven track record of business change management; strong knowledge of Oracle Utility software; excellent communication skills
• Proficient knowledge of information technology and business consulting practice
• Superior skills include business analysis, process facilitation, change management, creative and critical thinking, superior written and verbal communications, technical writing, problem solving, presentations, and public speaking
• Handle multiple assignments within a fast-paced environment with potential conflicting schedules
• Positive, “can do” attitude and ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to travel up to 75%, valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Lead the Oracle MDM Functional Architect role to meet customers’ business requirements
• Documents daily workshop activities and outputs; plans and facilitates design sessions
• Designs and configures application software and analyzes requirements
• Develops functional designs for RICE objects and data conversion
• Triage and resolution of defects during testing
• Authors interface and data conversion strategy documentation
• Mentors and coaches project teams and collaborates with EY and customer leads
• Ensures project documentation is up to date and supports risk mitigation
