Job summary

Cloud Talent is seeking a Program Director to lead large, multi-project technology implementations with global reach. You will partner with the PMO on internal initiatives to grow the Practice and report to the PMO Practice Director.

Qualifications

• BS/BBA or higher with 15+ years of experience
• MS/MBA preferred with 10+ years of advanced degrees
• 5+ years of Program Management experience with programs of $7M+ in annual revenue
• 10+ years of consulting experience in senior PM/PMO roles
• Leadership of at least 12 full lifecycle implementations as Senior PM or Program Manager
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management, organization, and collaboration skills
• Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira; Microsoft Office suite
• Solid understanding of cloud software development lifecycle (waterfall, agile, hybrid)
• Ability to lead multi-pillar, multi-project programs and communicate with C-Suite stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client contacts to manage cross-functional project teams
• Manage programs through Concept, Requirements, Design, Build, Test, Deployment
• Coordinate onshore and offshore team delivery
• Oversee project execution with technical leads and business partners
• Lead scoping and ensure execution aligns to goals
• Establish measurable critical success factors for projects
• Control planning, cost, time, and quality
• Develop and maintain project plans and progress views
• Manage budget and recommend course corrections as needed
• Conduct stakeholder meetings to ensure status clarity
• Adhere to project management methodologies
• Turn around troubled projects when needed
• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices
• Support sales with scope changes and proposals
