Zillion Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Analyst to support, analyze, and enhance Oracle HCM applications remotely. The role focuses on billet generation logic, Position IDs, organizational hierarchies, HR workflows, integrations, and reporting dependencies.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience, strong data structures knowledge, and the ability to document requirements and collaborate with functional and technical teams.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, preferably Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM data structures, position management, and organizational hierarchies.
• Experience analyzing position identifiers, billet generation rules, and related HR business logic.
• Knowledge of HR workflows, approval processes, and workforce data management.
• Experience supporting Oracle HCM integrations and troubleshooting data exchange issues.
• Experience with Oracle HCM reporting tools, such as OTBI, BI Publisher, or HCM Extracts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, data validation, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to document technical requirements and collaborate effectively with functional and technical teams.

Job Title: Oracle HCM Technical / Functional Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Analyst to support, analyze, and enhance Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) applications, with a focus on billet generation logic, Position IDs, organizational hierarchies, HR workflows, integrations, and reporting dependencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle HCM data structures, business processes, and technical configurations to ensure accurate HR data, reliable integrations, and effective reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, preferably Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM data structures, position management, and organizational hierarchies.

Compensation

Compensation: $65.00 – $70.00 per hour*

This is the targeted compensation range for this role. Please note that this range is provided as a guideline and the final offer will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skillset and competencies, level of experience, education, certifications, and location.
