CyberX Info System is seeking an Oracle HCM Solution Architect / Practice Lead with 15+ years of IT and consulting experience to spearhead our Oracle practice. The role blends techno-functional architecture, pre-sales leadership, and practice building for Fusion implementations planned over the next 12–18 months.

You will oversee managed services delivery for strategic accounts, run design workshops, mentor onshore/offshore teams, and manage escalations with executive clients.

Role Summary:

We are seeking an Oracle HCM Solution Architect / Practice Lead with 15+ years of IT and consulting experience to spearhead our growing Oracle practice. This role combines techno-functional architecture, pre-sales leadership, and practice building. You will oversee managed services delivery for strategic accounts while laying the operational foundation for core Fusion implementations planned over the next 12 to 18 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture & Advisory: Direct design workshops, lead system audits, and define architectural standards for Oracle HCM Cloud, defending decisions against platforms like Workday and Dayforce.
• Practice Building & Delivery: Establish delivery frameworks, mentor onshore/offshore teams, lead the transition to in-house execution, and provide hands‑on troubleshooting during critical cutover windows.
• Pre-Sales & Scoping: Partner with business development on discovery calls, architect solution blueprints, draft Statements of Work (SOWs), and build accurate effort/cost estimates.
• Client & Escalation Management: Act as the executive trusted advisor to stabilize complex implementations and align business priorities with technical delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 15+ years in professional IT consulting with a proven track record leading end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud enterprise implementations.
• Core Module Mastery: Deep techno-functional expertise across:
• Core HR & Position Management
• Absence Management & Time and Labor (OTL)
• Benefits & Talent Management
• Technical Acumen: Strong experience configuring Fast Formulas, data loaders (HDL, HSDL, HCM Extracts), and integration flows across the broader Oracle ERP landscape.
• Executive Presence: Proven track record leading client workshops, managing senior stakeholder expectations, and navigating difficult escalations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands‑on familiarity or implementation experience with Oracle AI / GenAI features in Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM.
• Prior experience building or scaling an Oracle consulting practice within a systems integrator.
