Job summary

CyberX Info System is seeking an Oracle HCM Solution Architect / Practice Lead with 15+ years of IT and consulting experience to spearhead our Oracle practice. The role blends techno-functional architecture, pre-sales leadership, and practice building for Fusion implementations planned over the next 12–18 months.

You will oversee managed services delivery for strategic accounts, run design workshops, mentor onshore/offshore teams, and manage escalations with executive clients.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in professional IT consulting with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Deep techno-functional expertise across Core HR, Absence Management, Time and Labor, Benefits, and Talent Management.
• Proven ability to lead client workshops and manage senior stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Advisory: direct design workshops and define architectural standards for Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Practice Building & Delivery: establish delivery frameworks and mentor onshore/offshore teams.
• Pre-Sales & Scoping: partner with business development on discovery calls and draft SOWs.
• Client & Escalation Management: act as executive trusted advisor to stabilize complex implementations.
