Job summary

Jade Global is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM SME (Onsite) in San Jose to lead architecture, strategy, and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM across Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, Benefits, and ORC. Partner with HR leadership and IT to translate HR strategies into scalable solutions.

The role requires 10–15+ years in HR tech with 6+ years in Fusion HCM Cloud, hands-on HDL/OTBI/BI Publisher, and strong executive communication.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15+ years in HR technology with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud experience.
• 6+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud end-to-end implementation and CoE management.
• 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations as Lead Architect/CoE Lead.
• HLO hands-on HDL/HDL/OTBI/BI Publisher/Fast Formulas and Oracle Security Framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM, roadmap, and pipeline for Oracle Fusion HCM with 50–60% billability.
• Establish governance, delivery models, and standards for Global Programs.
• Define long-term technology roadmap including AI integrations.
• Onsite SPOC for HR leaders, vendors, and SR management with SLAs.
• Oversee quarterly release governance, change management, and user enablement.
