Job summary

IBM Consulting is hiring Associates in the United States for the Oracle Package Specialist path. You will assist clients in selection, implementation, and production support of Oracle Cloud packaged solutions, leveraging a growth mindset to deliver business value.

You will engage in workshops, process mapping, and apply IBM Design Thinking to solve client challenges across ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, or CX, with travel up to 100% as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in the selection, implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Cloud packaged software solutions.
• Make strategic recommendations and leverage business knowledge to drive Oracle-based solutions for clients and their management.
• Facilitate or support workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
• Develop process maps to understand As-Is and To-Be across ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM or CX.
• Use IBM Design Thinking and Oracle best practices to solve client challenges.
• Support test execution, documentation, and data validation.
