Job summary

IBM Consulting is recruiting an Oracle HCM Consultant to deliver Oracle HCM Cloud implementations across diverse industries. You will participate in all lifecycle phases, from requirements analysis to configuration, design and testing, supporting proposals and client demonstrations.

The role requires strong functional expertise, proven implementation experience and the ability to work autonomously in a hybrid work environment at client sites.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of functional experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud Applications.
• Evidence of full Oracle Cloud implementation cycles.
• Experience in Solution Design, Requirements Analysis, Functional Design, Configuration Documentation and Troubleshooting.
• Experience with Interface design, development and testing with technical teams.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Strong client-facing, communication and client management skills.
• Understanding of Application Implementation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all phases of the consulting lifecycle, including requirement analysis, process documentation, and solution design.
• Work with peers to develop, configure and deploy Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
• Support proposal development and demonstrate Oracle Cloud capabilities to clients.
• Travel to client sites as required.
• Deliver outcomes across multiple industries within IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers.
