Job summary

Prince William County seeks an experienced IT Analyst to support Oracle HCM across the Hire to Retire lifecycle in a hybrid environment. You will work with the HCM team and report on key metrics, while ensuring secure access and data integrity for county staff.

The ideal candidate has strong SQL, reporting, and experience with HRIS like Oracle, UKG, Workday, or ADP, plus a background in IT systems. The role offers a collaborative team and telework flexibility.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience in computer information systems.
Experience with Oracle HCM modules and HRIS systems.
Strong SQL and reporting skills.
Experience supporting cloud-based IT solutions.
Excellent written communication and ability to document processes.

Responsibilities

Support the HCM team in administering Oracle Workforce Management across the full Hire to Retire lifecycle.
Conduct user account audits and assist HR/Payroll with FOIA data requests.
Develop and maintain complex reports.
Research and evaluate solutions via the Oracle community to drive process improvements.
