Job summary

Prince William County Government is seeking an IT Analyst to support Oracle HCM within the Human Capital Management Technologies team. You will work across Hire to Retire lifecycle, develop complex reports, and assist HR/Payroll with FOIA data requests.

The role emphasizes strong SQL, Oracle HCM expertise, and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a hybrid teleworking environment in Virginia. A background in IT and reporting is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 5 years progressive experience in IT or computer information systems.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology preferred.
• Experience with Oracle HCM modules and Oracle Workforce Management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle HCM across the Hire to Retire lifecycle.
• Conduct user account audits and assist HR/Payroll with FOIA data requests.
• Develop and maintain complex reports.
• Research and evaluate Oracle solutions to drive process improvements.
