Mastek is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Fusion Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end Cloud implementations for EMEA payroll. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and implement payroll configurations across multiple countries.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in Oracle HCM Fusion, strong Fast Formula expertise, and hands-on experience in 1–2 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud deployments with excellent client-facing communication skills.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Fusion Functional Consultant with strong expertise in EMEA Payroll, Fast Formula, and end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll solutions for EMEA countries.
• Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and provide functional solutions.
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot Fast Formulas for payroll processes.
• Support payroll configurations, payroll processing, balances, elements, and statutory requirements.
• Participate in end-to-end implementation, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable HCM solutions.

Required Skills

5-8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Fusion Functional Consulting
Strong hands-on experience in EMEA Payroll implementations and support
Expertise in Fast Formula development and troubleshooting
Experience in at least 1-2 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
Strong knowledge of Payroll configurations, Elements, Balances, and Payroll Processing
Experience in requirement gathering, testing, and stakeholder management
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor
• Experience working with multi-country payroll environments
• Oracle Cloud certifications are an added advantage.
