Job summary

Mastek is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Fusion Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end Cloud implementations for EMEA payroll. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and implement payroll configurations across multiple countries.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in Oracle HCM Fusion, strong Fast Formula expertise, and hands-on experience in 1–2 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud deployments with excellent client-facing communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in Oracle HCM Fusion Functional Consulting.
• Hands-on EMEA Payroll implementations and support.
• Expertise in Fast Formula development and troubleshooting.
• 1–2 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations completed.
• Strong knowledge of Payroll configurations, Elements, Balances and Processing.
• Experience in requirement gathering, testing and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll for EMEA countries.
• Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and propose functional solutions.
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot Fast Formulas for payroll processes.
• Support payroll configurations, processing, balances, elements and statutory requirements.
• Participate in end-to-end implementation, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable HCM solutions.
