Position Summary

Experience: 5 to 7 years

1. Extensive experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Modules, especially Benefits & ORC as primary modules, with additional modules as a combination.
2. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop compelling RFP responses aligned with client needs and industry standards.
3. Conduct client demonstrations of Oracle HCM Fusion applications, tailoring presentations to showcase value based on client requirements.
4. Address client inquiries during demo sessions.
5. Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Modules.
6. 5+ years of relevant Fusion experience in HCM modules and additional experience in EBS.
7. Identify functionality fit and gaps, develop solutions, and communicate effectively with clients.
8. Configure Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, OTL, Talent Management, and Compensation based on customer needs, documenting setups.
9. Perform functional troubleshooting in various modules to resolve setup issues.
10. Interact with project team members responsible for reports, interfaces, data conversion, and extensions.
11. Test and validate technical components, resolving issues to closure.
12. Support clients during testing phases, resolving issues as they arise.
13. Develop end-user documentation and training materials for client use and maintenance.
14. Manage project deliverables from offshore teams for modules like Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, and Talent Management.
15. Conduct demos and technical discussions with onshore teams and clients.
16. Ensure client satisfaction through collaboration with offshore and onshore teams.
17. Extensive configuration experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, especially Global Human Resources.
18. Graduation or MBA (HRMS) preferred.
19. Exposure to structured SDLC methodologies, preferably Agile or Iterative.
20. Experience working with multicultural and geographically diverse teams.
