Job summary

Strategic Resources International USA, based in New Jersey, seeks a senior Oracle HCM Cloud expert to lead payroll-focused implementations. You will guide end-to-end HR technology projects, design processes, configure modules, perform tests, and manage cutover to production.

Responsibilities include coordinating quarterly upgrades, overseeing Time & Labor and Absence Management deployments, and delivering robust OTBI/BI Publisher reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years implementing HCM Payroll solutions and payroll consulting experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Functional Lead in Oracle HCM Cloud North America Payroll implementations.
• Experience in 3-5 full life cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Payroll, Absence Management and Time & Labor modules.
• Extensive hands-on payroll processing experience, upgrades, quarter- and year-end activities, HDL, BI Publisher and OTBI reporting.

10+ years implementing HCM Payroll solutions,with experience as a payroll consultant to drive HR technology implementationsthrough process design, configuration, process playback, user acceptancetesting, cutover and production launch.

Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud and having multiple project implementation experience in Payroll, Absence Management and Time & Labor modules.

Minimumof 5 years’ experience in a Functional Lead role in Oracle HCM Cloud NorthAmerica Payroll Implementations.

Experiencein 3-5 full life cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Payroll, AbsenceManagement and Time & Labor modules.
