Job summary

Deloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) practice seeks a Manager to lead end-to-end Oracle Core HR implementations for public sector clients, including planning, design, configuration oversight, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.

You will facilitate workshops, manage risks, and coordinate across HR, security, reporting, and integrations to deliver scalable, compliant HR solutions that meet client needs and drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM solutions.
• 4+ years of experience leading full life cycle implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR modules.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Ability to travel up to 50% depending on client needs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance for the role.
• Authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements and design workshops, guiding solution design and risk management.
• Lead high-quality functional documentation and disciplined delivery to ensure traceability.
• Coordinate across HR, security, reporting, and integrations to minimize cross-functional impact.
• Support change management, cutover, training, and transition to steady-state support.
• Direct cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and milestone achievement.
