Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant in the GPS practice to lead large-scale Oracle HCM Time & Labor and Absence implementations for public sector clients, including efforts serving 10,000+ employees.

The role requires 5+ years delivering Oracle HCM solutions, 1+ year leading full lifecycle deployments, and the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance. Bachelor’s degree and up to 50% travel in the US are required. Strong communication and project leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering Oracle HCM solutions.
• 1+ year leading full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor and/or Absence modules.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating requirements and design workshops with stakeholders.
• Driving high-quality functional documentation and delivery execution.
• Managing cross-functional impacts across HR, security, reporting, and integrations.
• Supporting change management, training, and transition to steady-state support.
• Guiding solution decisions with knowledge of HR, payroll, benefits and finance dependencies.
• Directing cross-functional teams across workstreams to ensure quality delivery and milestones.
• Partnering with government clients to define requirements and translate needs into Oracle designs.
• Leading end-to-end implementation of Oracle Time & Labor & Absence solutions.
