Design, configure, and implement compensation modules to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather and translate functional requirements into scalable solutions.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure system accuracy and compliance.

Proven experience with Oracle Absence Management Cloud and Oracle Time and Labor modules.
Strong understanding of union rules and timekeeping complexities in unionized environments.
Experience working in or supporting the construction industry.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Oracle Cloud Certification in HCM or related modules.
Experience with integrations between Oracle Cloud and third‑party systems.
Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies
