Job summary

Accenture’s Oracle practice is seeking a transformation consultant to help clients digitize and optimize financial processes using Oracle Cloud. You will lead workshops, shape design, and guide teams through R2R implementations, balancing both functional and technical aspects.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, design robust solutions, and drive delivery while staying current on Oracle features and industry trends. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financial Management (incl. General Ledger and Financial Accounting Hub).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation project.
• Minimum 1 year of end-to-end Record to Report business processes.
• Minimum 1 full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud FIN implementations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.
• Minimum of 1 Oracle Cloud certification.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate design workshops with business stakeholders to understand Record to Report (R2R) requirements.
• Help clients understand leading Record to Report business processes so they can transform their business with Oracle.
• Spot strategies, risks, and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients and functions meet their needs.
• Give clients options for designs using prototypes.
• Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Record to Report solution offering powered by Oracle Cloud.
• Lead, coach, and advise a small project team to design, set-up, test, and deploy Oracle Record to Report solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together in an integrated environment; understand and apply Oracle methodologies.
• Plan and organize tasks and report progress on the track/deliverables.
• Gain the trust of your client, teammates, and managers to make sure projects get delivered.
• Stay in the know on leading industry trends and Oracle features to give your clients the best solutions for their needs.
