Job summary

Accenture is seeking a transformation professional to lead Oracle HCM Cloud projects in California. You will implement Integrated Talent – Recruiting, Talent, & Learn Management, gather requirements, and design robust HR solutions with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include configuring HR processes in Oracle HCM, creating design documents, and supporting testing and go-live. Travel may be required; a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree is required, with multiple full lifecycle implementations

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM with emphasis on Integrated Talent – Recruiting, Talent, & Learn Management.
Minimum of 1 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience; Associate’s Degree with 6 years acceptable

Responsibilities

Implement Oracle HCM Cloud Integrated Talent – Recruiting, Talent, & Learn Management.
Gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements with client teams.
Facilitate design workshops for End-to-End Learning Management processes with stakeholders.
Configure and optimize upstream and downstream HR processes within Oracle HCM, including conversions, integrations, reports.
Create functional and technical design documents.
Support testing cycles and go-live cutover activities; plan and report progress on deliverables.
