Job summary

Expand Techpro LLC seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll functional/techno-functional consultant to lead 5+ years of hands-on payroll work. You will drive end-to-end implementations, manage data loads, and resolve complex ADP integration issues.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, handle US tax rules and year-end issues, and contribute to cross-module payroll configurations and testing. Strong Oracle Apps development skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll module.
• Strong technical understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and data model.
• 3 end-to-end project implementations in Oracle Cloud Payroll.
• Ability to drive projects independently with business stakeholders.
• Hands-on with Fast Formulas and costing.
• Hands-on with HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts and OTBI reports.
• Experience in US taxation and year-end issues.
• Payroll conversions, configurations and mid-year balance migrations.
• Experience with ADP reporting and integrations.
• Cross-modules experience in Core HR, Benefits and Absences preferred.
• Experience with end-to-end test cases for Payroll module.
• Oracle Applications development: reports, customization, interfaces and extensions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll project implementations on Oracle Cloud Payroll.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to drive requirements and solutions.
• Develop and validate Fast Formulas, costing calculations, and tax logic.
• Manage data loads and extracts using HCM tools and OTBI reporting.
• Coordinate payroll conversions and mid-year balance migrations.
• Work on ADP reporting and integration issues as needed.
• Ensure adherence to organizational processes and changes.
