MetLife’s Global Technology team seeks a hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end Payroll and Time & Labor implementations, including Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher reports. The role blends functional configuration with technical coding in HDL/HSDL and API integrations, with a focus on delivering scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud with full-cycle Payroll and Time & Labor implementations.
• Strong experience configuring Payroll elements, time rules, and data models.
• Proven ability to develop Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, OTBI/BI Publisher reports.
• Technical proficiency with HDL/HSDL and API integrations; automation exposure.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and independent working skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and enhancements for Payroll and Time & Labor.
• Gather requirements, design solutions, and translate needs into specs.
• Configure, develop, and support Oracle HCM capabilities and reporting.
• Design analytics, data migration, and integration solutions using Oracle tools.
• Provide production support, testing leadership, and continuous improvement.
