Job summary

IT Impact Consulting is seeking an Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant for a client in Newark, NJ. The role requires strong implementation experience across Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and Time & Labor.

Local candidates only; hybrid schedule with 3 days per week onsite. The candidate will lead or support full-lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations, configure payroll elements, and conduct workshops and testing.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementation experience.
• Experience with Benefits, Absence Management and Time & Labor.
• Ability to configure payroll elements, costing rules, balance definitions and payroll flow templates.
• Experience conducting gap analysis, fit/gap workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Oracle HCM Cloud certification preferred; experience with Oracle Fast Formulas a plus.
• Local to Newark, NJ - hybrid presence required (3 days/week onsite).

Responsibilities

• Configure and validate payroll elements, costing, balances, and payroll flows.
