About the Role

Infosys is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Solution Architect with strong leadership skills. The candidate will interact with process consultants and business SMEs to understand and analyze various processes, acting as the Oracle HCM Cloud functional Lead and advisor. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into solution designs, communicating complex designs to stakeholders, and managing delivery in an on-shore/off-shore model across continents, while driving automation opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• At least 11+ years of Information Technology experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• Location flexibility to Raleigh NC, Richardson TX, Indianapolis IN, Phoenix AZ, or Hartford CT; willingness to relocate and travel for milestones
• Experience in 2-3 Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects
• Techno-Functional or functional background in HCM domain
• 5+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation/support as a Functional Consultant
• Experience in implementing/configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in computer science, applications, or related field
• 3+ years hands-on experience in Core HR, Recruitment, Talent Management
• Knowledge of Fast Formulas, Visual Builder Studio, HCM Data Loader, OTBI
• Ability to suggest alternatives and support existing system integrations
• Experience with upgrades and best practices
• Production support experience including upgrades and incident resolution
• Leadership, coaching, mentoring, and global delivery experience

The role may require sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Effective communication via telephone, email, and face-to-face is essential.
